If your equipment doesn't meet the heat of your kitchen, we are committed to making it right through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all inserts and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our culinary team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
